Restore a purchase

Open Shop → Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple or Google store account used for the purchase. An internet connection is required. Permanent purchases restore on the same platform; purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google.

What does Remove Ads remove?

It removes results-screen interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads remain available. The All-Night Character Pack unlocks three cosmetic characters; every character has identical gameplay stats.

A payment went through, but the item is missing

Allow a pending store payment to finish, then reopen the app and use Restore Purchases. Avoid buying again. If the issue continues, email us the product name and purchase date. Apple or Google handles payments and refunds through your store purchase history.

No ad or product is available

You can keep playing and retrying for free. Optional ads depend on network availability. A bonus requires a completed ad. Purchase prices and availability are supplied by your local app store.

Where is my progress saved?

Free progress, coins and settings are stored on your device. Uninstalling, clearing app data or changing devices may erase them. Restoring permanent purchases does not restore free coins or scores. Optional sign-in is available for invite rewards. Coins and spending are not synchronized across devices.

Invite a friend

Open Invite Friends and sign in with Apple. Share your invite code. A new friend must enter it within 24 hours of creating their invite account, then complete the tutorial and three runs of at least five steps each. Both players receive 20 coins. Inviters earn coins for up to five friends per U.S. Pacific calendar month; new friends still receive their reward. Three successful invites unlock the CREW STAR scorecard badge. Purchases and ad viewing are not required.

Delete an invite account

Open Invite Friends → Delete Invite Account. See the privacy policy for what is deleted, retention and how to request deletion by email.

Language, sound and motion

Open Settings → Language to choose English or Korean. Unsupported device languages fall back to English. Settings also includes sound and reduced-motion options.

Are the scorecard numbers real?

No. Bar tabs and contact counts are fictional game details. They never charge you or access your contacts.
